At Suntree Business Center, we're excited to launch our new Art Gallery Program, and we'd love to invite talented local artists to become part of it.

Over the past several years, we've been continually investing in Suntree Business Center, making significant renovations and design upgrades to create a brighter, more modern, and welcoming environment for our tenants and guests. As we continue transforming the property, we believe original artwork is an essential part of creating an inspiring atmosphere while supporting the incredible talent within our local community.

Unlike a traditional gallery, your artwork will be viewed by a unique audience of business owners, professionals, entrepreneurs, and visitors who walk through our building every day. More than 160 businesses call Suntree Business Center home, creating an opportunity to introduce your work to people who may be looking to purchase original artwork for their homes, offices, vacation rentals, or commercial spaces.

As one of our Featured Artists, you'll receive:

• Complimentary display space in our professionally maintained common areas
• A personalized artist display including your name, biography, website, social media, and QR code
• The opportunity to sell your artwork directly, with 100% of every sale going directly to you
• Promotion through Suntree Business Center's website and social media channels
• Exposure to hundreds of professionals and visitors each month
• Opportunities for commissions and new client connections
• Professional photos of your exhibit for your own portfolio and marketing

Our vision is to create one of Brevard County's premier business environments—one that celebrates local creativity while fostering meaningful connections between artists and the business community. There are no display fees or commissions. 

Our goal is simply to provide talented local artists with a beautiful space to showcase their work and connect with a new audience.

Our exhibits will rotate throughout the year, giving multiple artists the opportunity to be featured. We are curating a diverse collection of artwork that complements a professional office environment while celebrating Florida, the Space Coast, coastal living, nature, and contemporary design.
