SPEED LIMIT IN THE PARKING LOT
Just a reminder to be mindful of those crossing the parking lot and children in and around the buildings within our business community at Suntree Business Center. Please keep your speed below 10 MPH while in the parking lot for everyone's safety. Thank you!
IMPORANT REMINDERS AND NOTICES
DUMPSTER & TRASH DISPOSAL
At the Suntree Business Center, tenants are responsible for taking their trash to the dumpster located behind the building.
DO NOT THROW TRASH BAGS INTO TRASH CANS BY THE PERGOLAS.
If the dumpster is full, trash can be placed in the smaller trash cans with the yellow lids.
BREAK DOWN AND FLATTEN ALL CARDBOARD BOXES.
All Garbage Receptacle Lids MUST CLOSE FULLY.
If a trash receptacle lid does not close completely, it indicates that the container is overfilled.
Cameras are in use throughout the Suntree Business Center.
Any fines or charges assessed by Waste Management for overfilling will be the responsibility of the tenant who caused the issue.
Any furniture items placed in the dumpster must be broken down, and no furniture items may be left outside the dumpster.
Outside trash is prohibited. Only trash generated within our business community at the Suntree Business Center may be disposed of in the building's waste receptacles. Household garbage, personal items, and any waste or materials brought from outside the property are not permitted.
