LANDSCAPING RENEWAL
We've recently completed several landscaping enhancements throughout the property to create a cleaner, more welcoming environment for our tenants and visitors. From refreshed planting beds to general exterior improvements, we're continually investing in Suntree Business Center to ensure it remains a beautiful place to work, meet, and grow. More exciting enhancements are still to come!

IMPORANT REMINDERS AND NOTICES
DUMPSTER & TRASH DISPOSAL
Tenants are responsible for taking their trash to the dumpster behind the building.
DO NOT THROW TRASH BAGS INTO TRASH CANS BY THE PERGOLAS.
Trash can be placed in the smaller trash cans with the yellow lids if the dumpster is full.
BREAK DOWN AND FLATTEN
ALL CARDBOARD BOXES
All Garbage Receptacle Lids MUST CLOSE FULLY
If a trash receptacle lid does not close completely, it indicates the container is overfilled.
Cameras are in use.
Any fines or charges assessed by Waste Management as a result of overfilling will be the responsibility of the tenant who caused the issue.
Any Furniture items placed in the dumpster must be broken down.
No furniture items may be left outside the dumpster.
Outside Trash Prohibited
Only trash generated at Suntree Business Center may be disposed of in the building's waste receptacles. Household garbage, personal items, and any waste or materials brought from outside the property are not permitted.
